Maintenance plans can be contracted for one and three years, the latter with a scaled discount proportional to the years contracted.

Direct Support

The support is direct and carried out by our technicians even if the licence was acquired through the partner channel.

License Support

Maintenance contracts include licence support, the right to the latest product updates and the maintenance of the hardware equipment necessary for its operation.

Upgrades

Optionally, hourly packs can be contracted for upgrade services, version migrations or specific customisations.
