LTE-M:

Communication system through communication operators through 3G/4G networks, with low battery consumption and reduced cost of sending data Systam are suppliers of sensors for this technology, especially used in vehicle tracking that ensures the speed of transmission and international coverage.

NB-IoT:

It is developed to enable efficient communication and long battery life for massively distributed devices, and uses the existing mobile phone network Currently focused exclusively on the European market. With Systam INDUSTRY Help Desk you will have a centralised tool from which to manage incidents and service requests directed to your support department. It allows you to open tickets to customers, users, operators, technical staff, imported from other applications or automatic, establish priorities, assign technical staff to the resolution of incidents, plan interventions and automatically keep your users permanently informed about the status of their request. Complete ITIL cycle in the resolution, documentation and closure of incidents and service requests that concludes with user satisfaction surveys on the level of service received.

The Systam INDUSTRY database enables the management of technical, working and contractual documentation.

Users and building managers can find the solution to problems in the knowledge database as there are often recurring incidents that do not require technical intervention beyond the first level to resolve. The knowledge database module is fed from tickets and information from the ITIL CMDB of assets, being able to incorporate any electronic file, image and/or link. The data is processed using a search engine that allows filtering by type of incident or asset. The security associated with each query can be defined at user level.

The tickets associated with the tasks are automatically generated so that they can be properly planned and assigned.

The work order module is a complete ticketing solution that allows you to manage, prioritise and escalate incidents or service requests, increasing effectiveness by optimising tasks through industry best practices.

Maintenance management of existing equipment in any type of installation, since it allows you to define revisions by equipment or range of equipment while integrating the management, procurement and inventory of storage and spare parts. For this same reason, it is possible to schedule any type of work that is carried out with a certain periodicity, such as cleaning, inspections or conductive rounds, by means of definable forms.

Geolocation of infrastructures and drill-down to various levels of assets on Autocad® and Visio® drawings, being able to access the properties of each asset on the diagram or drawing itself.

The alerts triggered from the video cameras in your facilities generate events or tasks accompanied by the image that generates the alert for better identification and resolution of the problem.

Event automation is done with a simple configuration of optimal sensor thresholds, connected either by SNMP, ModBus, RS485/232, IPMI or ZigBee protocols. This direct connectivity provides efficient management by sending SMS or e-mails to the groups of users involved in the possible resolution of the event, escalating if necessary to other management or control environments.

Systam INDUSTRY makes it possible to monitor energy consumption and costs, as well as efficiency levels used through parametrisable ratios that relate concepts such as surfaces, people, areas, properties, etc. In the field of energy efficiency, Systam INDUSTRY allows the management of improvement plans with a substantial reduction in operating costs, as well as a breakdown of energy consumption and costs, from a location to the asset level, obtaining high levels of ROI. Managing the energy efficiency of buildings is increasingly a key issue. Energy costs are rising and the amount of energy consumed is increasing. Higher power consumption requirements mean higher heat dissipation and higher air-conditioning needs.

Remote DC connectivity is achieved through the “Systam appliance” or SCS, which act as the system’s front-office. These are responsible for sending all the data to be monitored to the central (back-office), allowing multiple management of different Data Centres simultaneously, reliably and highly securely through VPN communications.

Systam INDUSTRY allows the use of different database systems such as MySQL, SQLServer, or Oracle, using JODBC connections. It is also possible to separate different proprietary environments within a single back-office server.

Defining the properties of the assets together with the physical and logical location, availability schedules, technical characteristics, maintenance tasks, audits, assignment of managers by assets or groups of assets, configuration of the level of alerts and the escalation procedure for the management and resolution of incidents or associated service requests. The definition and characteristics of all assets are incorporated into a database or CMDB and you can easily establish relationships between all of them to predict the impact or simulation of any change in your current or future infrastructure.
