You can contract Systam as SaaS (Software as a Service). In this case Systam will be installed on our servers and your users will access the application via the internet, from any computer, tablet, phone or mobile device with a browser via https//.

Annual subscription:

  • The annual subscription to Systam CLOUD, in any of its versions, gives the right to use the published internet version of Systam as SaaS, according to the conditions contained in the subscription contract.
  • The Systam DCIM / BUILDING / INDUSTRY / CITY / ITSM subscription includes multi-company functionality and a base language.

SCG (Systam Communication Gateway):

  • One SCG appliance is required for each remote site to be monitored and managed with Systam.
  • The SCG Entry appliance has the capacity to manage up to 500 assets/variables.
  • The SCG Advanced appliance has the capacity to manage up to 1000 assets/variables.
  • The equipment required for the CLOUD version can be purchased or leased.

The CLOUD version of Systam is the most widely used by our customers due to its many advantages:

  • It represents a lower cost by having the full functionality of Systam but paying only for the amount of assets you manage, being able to increase their number at any time.
  • High availability and accessible from any location with internet access.
  • The administration of Systam as well as the backup of your data, version updates, etc., will be transparent to your company.
  • The security of access control to Systam is done by means of unique credentials and the databases with your asset information are completely independent and inaccessible to third parties.
